Dear Neighbor,
Despite the fact that many members of our community enjoy financial stability, more than three thousand (3,000) of our citizens live below the poverty level. These families often need to make difficult decisions about how to cover the basic costs of daily life. An unforeseen medical expense can result in unmet medical service for a family member. An unforeseen transportation expense can result in the inability to get to the job that holds the family budget together.
Talbot Community Connections was formed to assist the Talbot County Department of Social Services in providing extra funds to help these community members. Monies raised fund direct services to vulnerable residents of Talbot County.
Please send a tax-deductible donation of any amount to help us help our neighbors in their time of need. Make your donation payable to Talbot Community Connections (or simply TCC) and mail it to Talbot Community Connections, PO Box 2615, Easton, MD 21601. Your donation can make a difference in the life of a member of our community.
