Duck Duck Dash Event Planned
Talbot County Dept. of Social Services Advisory Board Member Walda Dupriest,
Talbot Community Connections President Nancy Wilson, Talbot County Dept. of
Social Services Volunteer Coordinator Pat Murphy, and Talbot Community
Connections Vice-President Ellen Smith plan the First Annual Duck Duck Dash
for Oxford Day on April 26. The Duck Duck Dash will be held at Causeway
Park with ongoing races between 10 am and 3 pm. The event will give
children the opportunity to race plastic ducks and win prizes. Funds raised
will benefit the Talbot Children's Advocacy Center (CAC) located in the
Pediatrics Department at Memorial Hospital.
